Schedule a session today!

Fitness boxing classes, group weight training, and personal training sessions are available between 8:00AM - 10:00PM Monday through Sunday. Must contact us in advance to schedule your session.
 

Group fitness classes:

Contact us to schedule your visit! Your first class is free. Each class runs an hour long and we will supply everything you need. If you would prefer to bring your own items in, you will need hand wraps and boxing gloves. Feel free to bring friends and family along!

SCHEDULE (Ages 6-12)

Monday’s and Friday’s

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

SCHEDULE (Ages 13 and up)

Monday - Friday

5:45 PM - 6:45 PM

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday’s:

10:30 AM - 11:30 AM

12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

No classes on Sundays.
